I don’t know about you, but I certainly feel my best when I eat healthy and stay on an exercise plan that keeps me moving; mainly because this is just plain Common Sense. But it is difficult to keep on course sometimes when it is so much easier to allow the storm clouds to obscure any positive vibes.
I’ve read about the Wahl’s Protocol and skimmed The MS Recovery Diet. Energy Medicine by Donna Eden is also part of my MS library. And I am convinced that Yoga drastically improves my mobility, but that doesn’t mean that I am motivated to Ohm way out of bed every morning.
I am not saying that I totally ignore my health. I just get lazy every now and then.
So when one of my MS Super Heros speaks easy advice, I listen.
I fell in love with fellow MS Warrior Trevis Gleason a couple of years ago when I picked up his awesomely wonderful book Chef Interrupted.
